M& C Future is the equivalent to a graduate training scheme but open to all. We are simply looking for the brightest people – degree or no degree.

The Training Scheme

Our eight-week training scheme starts in January 2019 and covers account handling, strategy, creative and production across all communications disciplines, culminating in a client pitch. Then you start work on your accounts.

To help you settle in we will set you up with a buddy (who went through it all last year), a mentor (a wise old sage from up the ladder) and creative godparents (a pair of inspirational wings to be taken under) who will stay with you as your career develops.

We go to as much trouble as possible to make sure our training is the best it can be. That’s because developing bright, new talent is one of the most important things we do. Today’s trainees are the industry’s future leaders so we go to great lengths to make them the best in the business.
